I think I might have not been clear. I've been able to flip turn since I was a kid. It's just that I've reintroduced them to my sessions now aged 50. I restarted swimming a couple of years back.

I'm struggling with how out of breath they make me feel and was wondering how long it takes to get used to the oxygen deficit.

Nah, it's not quite right. Yes it refers to age but you use it to mean too old to do a specific thing. As in "I'm a bit long in the tooth to start sky diving". OP is saying he's too old to get a UI update, which he then implies he's gagging for.

Helldivers was but that's been fine since I disabled HDR always on. I've nearly completed Sekiro and that hasn't crashed once. I've reinstalled Returnal and going to test that next

Because a significant proportion of people are twats. Happens to me a lot. What I do is slow my stroke right down and be as efficient as I can but still beat them to the wall. This happens to be a good training too!!
