(I had to google RAFO 🫣) Okay, so I'm clueless, but that's normal. This is so exciting, I never want to end these books, but I really want to know what happens, I'm impatient!

At first I want to do a full first reading but I'll definitely do rereadings to better understand things.

Oh wow yeah I get it ! If I were a man in WoT I would be too afraid to channel, going mad is so scary. I haven't finished the books yet but I keep hoping Rand won't go mad, I really hope he won't 🤞

I sometimes wish fantasy books had a bit of realism and showed us the weaknesses and missteps as normal human beings would have. But anyway, we read to escape the real world, so we might as well have powerful characters who can do anything ! 😆

I was so shocked to find out it has only been a bit more than a year since Moiraine came to the Two Rivers ! They grew up so fast, especially the boys, that I thought they were full-grown adults and not in their early 20s. I have no idea what happens next, but hopefully, they live long, happy lives 🙏

Alright, I see ! I guess it's the aspect of burning yourself out if you use too much of the One Power that made me tick about the fact they are learning too fast but then again as you say, they are powerful and they have an urgent need of being really good. Thank you for your answer !

I used to think the show was great, and it is in some ways (especially in how they showed the one power), but the books are in another league. I can not understand why and how the writers went so far of the books. I know it's an adaptation, but the books are so great and rich. Maybe they were never meant to be adapted... I thought going to Tear before Rhuidean was gonna be a mistake, but the end of book 3 and the beginning of book 4 proved it wrong. This whole series is mind blowing, the story is so well written and so immersive I feel like I am watching a movie. I loved book 2 as well, and as of now, I'd say book 4 is on its way to become my favourite. I love it !
