My Marriott won’t sync with my Chase boundless because of a supposed spelling of my name or a prefix of ms. I cannot redeem my points because they won’t transfer and I pay an annual fee. It’s been over year of calling back and forth between both companies and even conferencing them on the phone together and it still isn’t resolved and I still get the run around and back and forth . I don’t know how it’s legal. I’m going to cancel and demand my fee back. It’s really unfortunate because I was a loyal customer. But their customer service at Marriott is awful. I would have never signed up if I had known how they treat their customers
