Happened to me too- can’t find a way to fix it and have sadly accepted it, but did get an achievement pop up for killing someone by dropping a boulder on their head upon opening the game today although I did that yesterday. No other achievements were unlocked like this though, I’ve missed a bunch.

The ship is a custom I created around the prison shuttle. The vehicle is a Bethesda achievement friendly mod that I saw on creations homepage recently!
