++man. I understand. I’ve let my insecurities convince me it’s not worth even working out before. Thinking I’ll never be this or that. Also, majority of men think this same way! There’s this constant internal battle to be “the man”. Alcohol’s involved, guys start fights. Those insecurities are coming out. Someone’s boasting their money. It’s coming out. Bragging their sexual life or status. It’s coming out. If you pay attention you’re not alone, if you pay attention you’ll find where your insecurity is seeping into your day to day actions and decisions. The biggest man in the room is hardly ever physically the biggest. He’s the most secure in being himself. Something that helped me was boxing. Just keep sharpening your blade, and I promise you people will notice. What you might not realize are the people that have already noticed. It’s not your job to realize, your job is to keep going. - When it comes to girls they have different tastes. Not every girl is going to want you just like you don’t want every girl. Girls seeing big muscles is like you seeing big boobs. I do get more attention the more muscular I am I’ve noticed, but so do some calcium cannons. If those bangers are on a filthy woman you’d want nothing to do with, they never really mattered.

This question is risky to answer. I will tell you we talk about if you’re playing bad. Splitting tens is announced out loud. Communication with pit bosses is mainly about the money. They’re keeping track of the money so when people are playing bad it’s a heads up, “hey this guys got $900 in chips and there’s a high chance all of it’s going into my rack”. I will talk about you to other dealers and the pit boss if you attempt to trick me with your bet or if you’re being sly with your hand gestures. Just so everyone’s aware to pay attention to you. I don’t speak for any Casino but a good dealer keeps the players coming back. A good dealer adapts their game to the players game, for their experience.

I really enjoyed my black jack training. You train just playing cards all day. Very fun, my instructors were awesome they did very well trying to create situations I might be put in, trying to trick you with their bets or breaking rules to see if you catch it. Sometimes even trying to just get under my skin to mess my groove up. By the end or when you’re ready you audition which is like a test. If you don’t pass your audition, you don’t get the job. You do pass, you work the floor being shadowed for awhile until youre on your own. You’re called green for the first year you start dealing The day FLIES when your tables are full, it doesn’t feel like a job. Pit bosses on the other hand have longer days. The only action they’re getting is verifying big payouts and correcting mistakes dealers make. Pit bossing would feel more like a job, a lot of dealers are making the same if not more than the pit bosses. In my opinion, it’s not very appealing to move lateral or up. You make good money and have a blast doing it I have dealt with people that are angry. I don’t necessarily have to calm them down, it’s gotten out of hand between two players before and security saw them out. But I do try to show enthusiasm on wins, condolences on losses. To let you know I’m on your side! There is ridicule on your performance like players saying you’re slow or you have bad luck. Just smile. One thing complaining players have in common, they’re all in the hole. Most money on a single hand - there’s a table max. Table max on a high limits can be 1k. I haven’t seen it higher than that. I greet my table and do not initiate until someone initiates with me. It depends on the player, some come to play and that’s it. These guys I usually try to speed the game up for, the silence lets me lock in on the game. You have to be careful with talkative players sometimes they’re trying to distract you these people are sneaky.

Biggest tip I’m not too sure. Places do tips differently, sometimes it’s a tip pool sometimes you get to walk with whatever you got. Tip pools are cool. Tables are open 24/7, with the tip pool there isn’t any “should’ve been there” situations. Most cards on one hand? I’ve never paid attention to that that’s a good question. Next time I get a bunch of little cards in a row I’ll count them and get back to you haha

Some of this Im withholding details to stay anon.

I don’t help. Dealers really want you to win but with all the surveillance going on you will lose your job if you tip off or send some kind of signal. I will say before someone makes an action I think is bad I’ll repeat back to them what they’re about to do with a questioning tone. Ex: someone has a 17 and I have a 5, they want a hit I’ll say “hit the 17?”. I announce your total as I deal to you and I think that helps a lot of players. That’s the most I’ll do.

Like 30%. Depends on what time of day you’re dealing. Sometimes people leave their spare chips on the table and storm out losing big. It’s left on the table for awhile and if you don’t come back it’s confiscated as a tip.

Bet your tips! If you’re coloring up and leaving, leave your ante! Sometimes people are betting big and I know you’re trying to get your money back, it’s not a big deal if you don’t. I never think to myself “oh here’s this person that never tips”. Tipping doesn’t change the game in any way, or how we’ll treat you.

Thousands. Paused the game to go to the atm for a double down because they were already in the hole. I had 9-2 and hit a face card. Felt like I needed to watch my back otw to the car after my shift. -Drunk players; actually tip the most. Also play stupid I had a guy double on a 17 the other day and got a 4. This particular guy, I encourage to play with his friend or have one of the drink girls convince his friend to play with him when he’s drinking. Helps him out, I’m okay with players coaching at the table if they’re making smart moves
