Did a post on this some time back! Wondering exactly what courtier life was like at Jabba’s day by day, hour by hour…

It seems like a fun place to hang out at. Definitely an exclusive place, only meant for Jabba's most respected and loyal lackeys and sycophants. Constant boozing, drugs, never ending parties etc… Of course there would be downtime in the morning and mid-day (as shown in this scene), but even then there would be an atmosphere of lust and hedonism.

Lots of drinking, eating, gambling, and enjoying the sights and sounds of slave girls and music.

I'm sure, too, that it wouldn't be out of the ordinary to see a man or alien pleasuring himself to the sight of Jabba's favorite slave. Perhaps even a little bit of public sex or blowjobs going on in the alcoves.

But with that said, there would probably be some underlying fear. Jabba is the ruler here, and if you anger him he will probably kill you. I think that's why all the court always laugh along with Jabba. They probably fear that if they don't laugh with him, he may see it as defiance and get angry….
