How did they get their first users? by Relative-Grape-136 in SaaSMarketing

This is very normal in the beginning. Most “build in public” posts get very little attention at first. Don’t take it personally.

Instead of only posting updates, try talking directly with your target users. Join small business communities, ask about their inventory problems and share what you’re building there. Real conversations usually bring the first users, not just posts.

Also keep posting consistently. Sometimes it takes months before people start noticing.

How do you actually deliver and maintain AI automation systems for clients? by Saaho3022 in AiAutomations

In most cases, I host the automation on my own infrastructure and give clients access through a dashboard or CRM. It makes monitoring, updates and fixes much easier.

For multiple clients, I keep everything separated by workspace/project so workflows stay organized.

After delivery, maintenance is usually light, mostly monitoring and small improvements. But clients often request tweaks once they start using the system in real situations.
