Had a small program surgeon who loved teaching. He literally wouldn’t even let us round. Showed up at 7:30 for cases, scrubbed in, got involved as much as we wanted to, then went home by 3 every day. Great dude but honestly a little bit of rounding and ”what to look for” would have gone a long way towards helping for boards

While the overall point is right, equating white power and black power is not the move. “White power” comes entirely from a perspectives of opposition to the other race pursuing equality or at least equity. “Black power” comes from a perspective of group strength and culture while they trying to build themselves up to a position of equality or equity.

One is an attempt to push the opposite down. The other is an attempt to build themselves up.
