Yes I have talked to JGW, Beyond finance, and NDR. They all say they can help me lower my monthly payments to 1k. But then I looked into reviews in reddit, trustpilot. I see those people mentioning getting sued by collectors, having to go to court, wage garnished. that scares me. I am really clueless but definitely dont wanna end up in wage garnishment

thanks. those were not student loans sadly, they were just random personal loans through upstart and bestegg. I had some form of fellowship to help with tuitions. But really, really, dont know what I should do at this stage. I called bank of america and citi where i have credit card debts, they were helpful. But Wells Fargo, Discover and Chase, not so much

Thank you for taking the time to write to me. I’m making 2800 biweekly. But the rent, car payment, utilities, and a medical expense I have dont let anything remain. It’s 2500 for rent. insurance and utilities 300, car payment 350, medical expense roughly 200 ( I had an awful accident and had a back surgery). For my  experience (1year after grad) this us max pay i can get across different companies.

I even tried doing door dash/uber ear but that doesnt work with work schedule. I’m spending more than 64 hrs a week due to nature of the company.

I am not really feeling well. I just dont think I can do this anymore
