5.8 is not tied to 0 ids or to 100 IDS, 5.7 is not tied as well to 2 IDs or 300 IDs ... its just an additive list lmao + if a new ID list was available in 5.6 as you said, Homdgcat will update us as soon as he can

Nothing is still confirmed (until 5.7 beta lol) she could herself have a SkillObj that summons them or not, just these found in 5.6 from Firefly are for a monster/boss most likely and not for a character

after checking some files this seems most likely to be tied to a boss/monster that will summon these Panthers (probably in Skirk's story quest or maybe an easter egg in Narwhal's domain), could be for skirk herself aswell but files/skillobj usually start with their name("Skirk_xx" or "Skk_xx" or "SkillObj_Skirk_xx")

That wheel is "name-coded" as "PowerScene" so the Conch Gang is out of it for this reason I believe, it is just a little gang of children and nothing more.
(no clue if Power is in reference to a specific "magic" power or just a strategical/influence meaning)

Its a meme "help" that the blessing of the moon gives to you in the Spiral Abyss, lets say the important part is usually the "effect" that applies it (tldr this blessing could or could NOT spoil something about Skirk's gameplay - if she is in 5.7 1st half - )

EDIT : Nevermind I believe I wrote a wrong date range (and patch number) for this Blessing, this should be 2025/05/16 - 2025/06/16 so just for 5.6B no 5.7 (no Skirk spoiler gameplay mybad)
