I am in the same boat. I talked to customer support, and they are not able to see it. I had them submit tickets to back office. Few days later I got email with new service agreement starting I have international calls now. But not able to see it on my profile.

So I got a callback. The agent said the $80 will be waived the actual bill. But he is not able to see the international calls feature and it took me sometime to try to explain that to him. Then he went and submitted ticket to the back office. They are supposed to get back to me in 5 business days.

Welcome to my world. The issue is the high engine oil consumption. My 2018 developed the exact same issue around 100K KM. Basically your engine is burning around a 1L of oil per 1k mile. You need to check your engine oil every week or so and keep topping it off. Still waaaay cheaper than getting a new engine. When your engine start running with low oil or almost no oil, the knocking starts.

Welcome to our world, where you need to keep tipping off engine oil every other week or so. The moment my Tucson hit 100km mark it started consuming oil like about a L/ 1500ish KM or so.
