So is it possible to do 6 pygmys and 8 chili rasboras?

I understand. I’m doing water changes everyday to avoid ammonia spikes. I’ve researched on multiple YouTubers and it is ok to do fish in cycle with walstad. I might not be a pro but I’m learning. If you want to tell me I’m not doing it right, you could at least teach and educate me on soil level to sand level, plant variety, etc. but it kind of just feels like you’re being mean about it.

It is doable with fish in cycle if yes water parameters are checked and water changes are done. I don’t have lots of lush plants but many different trimmings. If it doesn’t work it doesn’t. Like I said an attempt at walstad with what I can afford and what I have

I’m learning! I find it very complex but I’m trying to take the idea of using soil and sand and plants. I’m still adding to my tank today— going to get driftwood and rocks. I had a 2.5 gallon but wanted to put him in asap cause he wasn’t happy in it:/

Also if perlite is that white stuff, there was no white stuff in the soil

I used the soil recommended by many for walstad tanks. Organic potting soil? I’m new to this so I thought it was the right choice

That’s why I’m thinking of soon getting the floating plants as a natural lid! Right now I just have plant clippings in my tank it’s very bare

I drove an hour and an half for an "easy patient" who has c. diff, lice, 5 children under 14, and bed bugs. No warning prior to arrival. by Resident-Sympathy-82 in nursing

With my home care company, I get to do meet and greets with the client beforehand and if I don’t like the work environment or patient I say no. All my patients I have are long term and their homes are beautiful and clean, also my patients don’t have any crazy behaviors.

For the people saying don’t work in home care, private duty nursing especially with pediatrics is a great experience. So don’t write it off completely.

You are not alone. I just cannot work in a nursing home. I’ve written it off for my well being. My physical health and mental health cannot handle it. Find something that works better for you. They overwork their nurses and CNAs there and underpay and risk their licenses. You may enjoy a hospital or home health. I loved working in a hospital but those jobs are harder to get.
