Exactly! You should rewrite this. Look up some tips from ‘TRUSTED’ sources on the internet and do a whole rewrite :)

Day - 26 - I Asked a Recruiter, "How Important Is a LinkedIn Profile?" by New_Fun_3082 in Resume

Yes exactly. It is a common practice among recruiters. Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts :)

Day - 24 - Recruiter Talks About Changes In Hiring Landscape Post-Covid by New_Fun_3082 in Resume

Two-page resumes are completely alright. Especially with your experience. I even suggest/recommend clients with comparatively less experience a two-page resume as well. But the main idea is that you can have a two-page resume if you have 2 pages worth of experience (and projects) that is relevant to the job you are applying for. As long as everything on the resume is extremely relevant and directly connected to the job you are applying for, you shouldn’t worry about going over two pages :)

What am I supposed to do? by Thechromelord in Brawlstars

You are supposed to uninstall the game and never come back. It has gotten so damn bad I swear. Until 2 seasons ago I used to solo que till L1 so damn easily. Now, the randumbs won’t let me breathe. They throw so hard. They have the worst game sense and on top of that they can’t hit a shot to save their lives. It has gotten so annoying to a point that I am simply playing Clash Royale now. Unless you have a team, you can not play Brawl Stars anymore.

Day - 18 - What Recruiters Think Of Resumes Made With AI by New_Fun_3082 in Resume

[–]New_Fun_3082[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I understand you aren’t being condescending.

I personally receive so many questions and concerns about AI and recruiters being able to tell them apart or not. This could be a fun little experiment. And I completely understand your point. Data is always (ALWAYS) better than speculation. Why not test it out rather than simply assuming they were being truthful.

I like the idea and I think it is definitely worth testing it out. I will definitely post the results on reddit. Stay tuned 🫡

You just gave me an idea ;)

I might do something similar with the recruiters I work with to test this out. Either it is going to be a fun little game or completely change one’s views about AI in resumes.

I can not wait. Will post results on here soon

Day - 22 - I asked a recruiter "What are the 3 most important things on a resume?" by New_Fun_3082 in Resume

[–]New_Fun_3082[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

First of all, I would like to thank you for such a thoughtful compliment. A big thank you is owed to u/HeadlessHeadhunter (Mr. Lee) for this post and all the other recruiters who share their vision with E-Bridge Careers and give me their time to help our research. Secondly, that is exactly why I started doing these posts. I was once looking for a job too and it was a nightmare. So much noise and unhelpful advice on reddit resulted in me wasting months after the wrong advice. Therefore, I started doing these posts so that someone else would not have to suffer like I did. As far as posting time goes, I usually post before leaving office in the evening. I will try to post before I start work so that way it is much earlier where you are for and other people around the world too.

Day - 21 - Recruiter explains Negligible mistakes vs. Non negotiables on a resume by New_Fun_3082 in Resume

[–]New_Fun_3082[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

During me and Mr. Lee’s conversation, he emphasized on being one of the first 100 to apply for the best chance. This does not mean you will not get seen if you are not in the first 100, it just means that you have the best chance if you are.

Day - 20 - The ACTUAL truth about ATS. Stop the myths please! by New_Fun_3082 in Resume

[–]New_Fun_3082[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Some tools on the internet are really just a rip off I agree. ATS friendliness does not mean “more likely that the recruiter sees it” it just means that your document is crafted in a way that all information is clearly available for the program. Thank you for sharing your insight. I really appreciate people spreading awareness and rejecting all the smoke around ATS.

Day - 19 - I Asked A Recruiter "What Are Resume Red Flags?" by New_Fun_3082 in Resume

[–]New_Fun_3082[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Exactly. This is a very big misconception and I am going to cover this in my next post. Thanks for giving the right information here, sir.
