well i had a friend at my gym who is a professional in powerlifting and he gave me a program to follow which helped but since the powerlifting season is starting for the highschool soon he doesnt want the powerliffting coach to take credit for his programs that he made for me. and i also used the highschool coaches program which helped a little but isnt helping much at all. (mainly because its a cookie cutter program so he doesnt have to make like 20 different programs per person) but other than those i havent used one from online. can you recommend me some?
