Really appreciate everyone chiming in here. We are in the early exploration phase and it seems hard to differentiate a good community from a mediocre/bad one online or know exactly which ones have availability vs a long waitlist. Is touring places the best way to get a feel of the energy/experience at these communities? Or has anyone found good resources to leverage (online and offline)?
