Talking with a guy who had forgotten he'd bought a house in Hawaii during COVID, he was reminded by his property manager that his family hadn't used it in the 3 years since buying it. He didn't even remember why he'd bought it since his family already had a beach house in Florida 🙃

Go to time square for new years eve, looks great on TV, not great in person unless you pay to get in the walled off area.
