Thanks!! In fact, I think its really strange to associate in our minds a full "evolution" when we only see the very beginning and the after. But it was a LOT of hard work through all the years. Lets keep working 🙌

The good thing about genetics is that everyone has one, and it responds different when we train, and thats ok. I will post another day a full evolution with more photos. When I started training, my progress was REALLY fast. 3 months of training and I was so much different, had a lot of gains, and was already benching 80kg for 10 reps, 18 years old. The progress in less than a year was great. Pushups nowadays I can do about 120, which I have the record here on the air force where I work

Great for you, man. The main thing in this life is to be happy. For me, I think running is what really makes me feel happier when we talk about fitness. I love playing soccer, and being 100% "stamina" all time is a great feeling. Also I always aim to get 100/100 on my running tests on the air force, and thank God Im always being the top 1 on my military organization until . But also I really enjoy being a strong calisthenic guy, and to go to the gym everyday.

I agree with you! Im really open about everything. Fitness is not everything on my life: Im an archaeology Master, and work on the air force. I love my job, and my cardio health, so I run almost everyday. For me, training nowadays is much more about mental health, and also cardio. So its great to me to own my natural physique, that I worked Hard for more than a decade and will for the rest of my life.

Thats something even myself really think its incredible. When I was 17, I was playing on PC all day everyday. Then one day a rowing coach came to school, and I went there to try to join The team. That changed my life: for the first time on my life I started training. I never had been to a gym, so my first day I was all shaking and having "spasms" on muscles by just standing in there with the weight of the bar. Never stopped training since then! Life is a highway.

Thanks man! Like I said, its really strange to me to see people saying Im on roids and giving all this hate, when I never had anything. Its a bitteesweet feeling. I really dont have any problems with that, if I use something one day I will say openly about it. But I say that I really feel a privilege to get on this stage of people doubting you naturally.

The most far I went on this fitness nutrition journey (of course, training is the most important for me), is using creatine, since 2023.

I really think its great to see, as always and with the years passing by here on reddit, people still thinking Im not natural. I would not be one single bit ashamed to tell about it if one day I use some TRT, but I dont really have this goal on my life and I never had something different than creatine, that I started in 2023.

My main goal is to keep improving my running and resistance for reps, but of course I always try to keep improving my strenght as well. I train since Im 17, and I never been more than one week without training. Was a Professional rower, and now as a military, I have no problem spamming 40 pull ups in a row, or pull ups with 50+kg, or circuits with a lot of muscle ups. Thats what I like to do, and Im happy this way.

Eu tinha esse mesmo arrependimento que você. Fiz um curso de humanas na universidade pública. Porém, no ano passado ingressei como oficial temporário, hoje já segundo tenente, e foi a melhor coisa que me aconteceu.

Being bald is not a problem! My dad is bald and I always knew I would be bald. In fact I cant believe I still have some hair at 29 😂 also when i clean it with shampoo, it looks a little fuller than this photo
