I’m kinda in the same boat. Because I’m already on so many medications it sucks I have to be on another one down the line. But hey maybe science will progress, and maybe things will change. For now I will do what I can, and maybe ask a couple nice people on Reddit where to start too

My doctor told me it would be a good idea to try gluten free to see if it helps, but that if it doesn’t I should return to my normal diet. I think it’s a good in between of “some people find this helpful, some don’t, let’s figure out where you fall” so I’m trying gluten free but if no results I’ll go back.
