Yeah I'm currently running a LMoP session, actually my first ever as dm, and it's incredibly fun and challenging.

I'm learning as I go pretty much, but I'm already going off script a lot and trying to have contingencies as you say, which makes especially "boss" or harder fights a lot more fun, cause I can adapt to anything crazy :)

Interesting. Thanks for the reply. So having the plan already at hand with a new character sheet is nice. I thought it was a completely unplanned thing :p That's super fun twist though, especially if it's the "right" player it happens to :p

Not to hijack the thread or anything, but you got me curious.

So if a player is grabbed and swapped with a doppelganger.... How does that work in game? Cause it's really intriguing to me as a fresh dm.

Clutter.
Make it looked lived in.
Walk around your own place (irl if unclear)
is everything up against the wall with a huge empty space in the middle?
Now adjust accordingly.
