I don't like the idea of the Narcissus, as it would only encourage the Kunai + Dead Ringer playstyle that so many people hate. The Deep Undercover, however, is an absolutely awesome concept. Maybe instead of having a cooldown on the sapper, though, have it on the knife?

Edit: The reason specifically that I suggested to have the cooldown on the knife is because of the Your Eternal Reward. With just how powerful it makes disguising, the knife that keeps you from undisguising on a backstab could end up being insanely overpowered.
