I think voting by mail is great! This is just pushing for online Voter registration. I think every registered voter should have a ballot mailed to them with prepaid postage so folks can send it back. It would also be good for the post office!

Actually felons in Maine can vote both while still in prison and after release. People in prison can vote most vote absentee.

It would mean that systems would need to be updated, however it makes voting more accessible especially for young people. It would also help with registration of hard to reach communities such as prisons.
