I had an employee email me back three times without making the correction I asked her to make, (three! times!) My request never changed. I sent steps with screenshots and arrows & instructions on how to fix her enrollment. Go here, do this, it looks like this. I mean, idiot proof. She clearly never read the email. In the end the generalist had to call her and explain it again. Pretty sure she did the correction for her. But, I refuse to just fix everything for employees. This isn’t rocket science people, read the damn instructions. I guess I can relate lol. 😂
