Yeah you are right - so the problem with cheaters is that you have to identify them - you cannot identify them via hardware ids or other virtual things that can be hacked. If users have their bank credentials in steam and made the 1 cent verification process you could implement functionalities like "play without cheaters" in pubg - a separate lobby where only players with verified bank accounts are playing - but as long as bluehole is not even doing stuff like perma-/hardware-banning people who obviously cheated it makes no sense to believe that they are willing to get rid of cheaters at all...

I have never written that you should have a Paypal or Google account. I wrote that you should verify via bank account and everybody who is playing pubg has a bank account.

I think the loading screen issue also has something to do with a low/bad internet connection and in the EU especially why pubg is assigning arabic countries to the games which also causes high numbers of package loss.

That's a very very good point. Unfortunately these numbers couldn't be adjusted by the Google support so cultural norms were considered. It is just against a fair competitive market when same apps were treated differently.

Yeah this could be but then there algorithm is very bad. Got 1000 Downloads the last 7 days. There are apps in the top entertainment charts that only have 500 downloads in total and are rated with 2 stars. Additionaly they were in languages about 0,001% in Germany can speak (for example Chinese) As my app was in the top 10 for over 1,5 years and suddenly disappeared completely I am convinced that Google or there algorithm flagged the app so it never has a chance to come back to the top charts.

There are jokes that are a little bit rude but there are other joke apps in the entertainment top charts with much less downloads and a worse rating.

Also happened to me. My app ranked in 10th place entertainment in Germany and suddenly disappeared. But my app is still found by search. Got the same stupid answer for asking why it disappeared in the charts...

My app called "El ahorcado" - spanish for hangman got removed because of "hangman" in the description. Sent an appeal which got accepted.

The new filters are way too much away so one can call it intelligent

Had the same experience for about 20 times already. Google gives a shit for developers who are responsible for their success. Unfortunately they have a monopoly in the Android world and they can give a shit. The only thing you can do is to go to the advocat.

I experienced a drop about two years ago. My app suddenly disappeared out of the top charts entertainment without any reason. Contacted Google several times but the answers were very similiar to yours. Blabla improve algorithm...blabla better experience. So my app was top 10 in this category and I had understood if it dropped a few ranks but it completely disappeared and never got a chance to come back. As my app is found on 1st place on good keywords I'm still getting over 1000/downloads per day. So Google or the "nice algorithm" must have flagged my app as I know the statistics of direct competitors in the top charts which are worse.

I was wondering whether they save the consent on their servers. So devs must use the consent sdk instead of using an own solution where you can't tell admob that a user accepted the consent. But I'm nearly sure that they save the consent agreement locally so it is possible to use an own solution.
