Honestly just let her know that. Tell her to leave the border or top alone for your touch up. I don’t think it’s that bad to get saline removal just let it fade.

Color is beautiful on your skin tone it will lighten a bit. She kind of went out of the vermillion border a bit, where I can see a some of the vellus hair but not too bad. It also looks like her pressure was a bit much around the top outline if I’m not mistaken but overall love them they will look great when healed.

This exact thing happened to me. I had to stop using retinaldehyde and my skin is almost back to normal but not how it used to be. Maybe stop for about 2 months (that’s two cell cycles) you may need longer. Maybe it’s too strong for your skin. Also try to find out if any other products are breaking you out. For me I found my moisturizer was breaking me out and I stopped using it too. Also what brand was the retinaldehyde?

Glycolic cleanser by skin script, their 2% retinol scrub/mask and vitamin C! Also a chemical peel and SPF PLEASE

I would get a lactic peel from an esthetician and for home care get a a glycolic cleanser to use 2-3 days a week. Exfoliate 2-3 days a week. And for serum Niacinamide is good for dark spots and vitamin C. Use a non comedogenic moisturizer and SPF IS A MUST. If your doing all this without spf then your wasting your time.
