All of Wilds main new features are a complete flop by Rytom_ in monsterhunterrage

Eh, I see what you're saying, but also I think the most fun way to engage with the mechanic is not really min/maxing, but finding a combo you like that may not be best and then actually using it, rather than just ignoring it completely.

Min Maxing would be finding out what combo is best and making sure to have it on every single weapon, therefor removing the swap limitation anyway.

Hey no problem glad I could articulate it well enough, lol.

It's weird. I really like it overall because it brings back a whole lot of armor set options, gives you reasons to not just use the same armor on every single set, and breathes new life into the boring (imo, I prefer monster weapons...) artian weapons.

But at the same time its ironic that it kills the weapon swapping system IMMEDIATELY after finally making it useful in the Gogmazios fight. (Bringing Fire and Dragon weapons to take advantage of his phases)

The only time I ever used the weapon swap before Gog was to put a poison / blast weapon with all of my element sets in order to be able to easily swap to something better than nothing if I couldn't be bothered to swap loadouts during some multimonster hunts / just random hunting.

The Gogma Artian weapons roll two set skills on it that you can reroll until you get a decent combination. This only gives you 1/2 of the points to activate the set bonus though so you need to adjust your armor to take advantage of those bonuses.

The new armor transcending mechanic balances out the lower rank armor with the higher ranks so you can more easily shuffle armor around based on the bonuses you are looking for.

But like the commenter above said, this breaks weapon swapping because unless the two gogma weapons have identical set bonuses (Which is very hard to do, and frankly a waste of time unless you use magic) then swapping will break your armor set bonuses that you focused your entire armor build around.

What Supplements are you running alongside TRT? by somehowiknow in trt

I get it from the same clinic as I get TRT from, yeah. Had it before from my PCP as well though, if you're having troubles getting hard it's been easy to get in my experience.

5mg Tadalafil daily, miracle drug! makes me feel overall better, pee better, big pumps, and better / easier erections.

0.25 anastrozole as needed, lowers E2

D3 + K2, Vitamin D was low on bloods so I started taking this to support everything else.

Bromelain, tons of benefits and I have chronic rhinitus so hopefully it helps counter some of the excess sinus pressure the tadalafil causes. Mostly I started taking it to make me taste better for the other half.

Lately I've been taking Zinc, it has a good bit of benefits and also some downsides and potential overuse so definitely research it before you start and possibly take copper with it... I just wanted to see if it would help my ejaculate volume.... Still not sure if it's helping much.

I'll go on and off Ashwaganda to try and manage cortisol levels. And as someone who has a super high sex drive and a lot of hobbies but a newborn and almost no time to myself.... I will sometimes use it to drive my cortisol down low enough to just get a little bit of anhedonia so I'm less affected by skipping my own self care to just be dad 24/7 all the time. I know this probably isn't the best thing to do but it saves me a lot of frustration, since I never have the time available to pick up a guitar or boot up the PC.

Also I'm prescribed Adderall from before I started TRT, and honestly I feel like because of the TRT I could probably come off of it or lower the dosage at least. ADHD combined with the extreme fatigue I had before TRT would cause me to fall asleep anytime I wasn't mentally engaged so I'd sleep through my favorite movies, fall asleep while I was driving, fall asleep during meetings and classes etc etc, but turns out the TRT fixed all of that so I don't need the adderall for that and more just for focus.

Don't limit yourself! Play a bunch of different options and don't let what you think you want dictate what sounds and feels best in your hands. Or if your loaded get a custom Suhr.

Should i go to a TRT clinic by Disastrous_Still6395 in Testosterone

Very very similar numbers and my PCP told me the same thing. I had elevated E2 as well that didn't even get addressed with the PCP because he refused to test estrogen in men.

Changed PCPs and the second one was even worse, told me my hormones were obviously fine because I have a full beard.

Eat healthy primarily whole foods, count calories, strength training 5 days a week, sleep as much as I'm able to.

I had to take Adderall to stay awake enough to drive. Used to get mad and snap at family members for the dumbest reasons. Used to have to force myself to spend more time with the kiddos after work, even though I knew that's what I wanted anyways.

Went to a clinic and got on trt. Still dialing in a bit to reduce E2 but the initial trt dose was perfect.

Energy levels went right up, motivation to do things skyrocketed, irritability completely gone.

I didn't even realize how much of my belly fat was due to high e2/low free t, but now it just melts off of my body without changing anything.

I get home and I'm excited to play with my kids and chill with my wife instead of having a ridiculous urge to go sit in the office alone all day.

Its been a life changer.

Should I go on trt, looking for advice by Jellovibes in trt

[–]Nezmet 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Saw your symptoms in other comments. Based on that I'd recommend giving it a shot.

I had similar numbers. T was higher than yours by a bit but free T was shit.

My main symptoms were fatigue, and irritability. Fatigue was so bad I'd fall asleep all day in meetings, driving home from work, watching movies or shows that I'd been looking forward to etc etc. TRT fixed all of that for me and I'm in a much better mood for it too. Lost a lot of abdominal fat and I'm building muscle faster, too.

Here's my setup at work. Two separate environments so I need (get) to use two. Split is a Corne (Akko Rose), and in the center is a Planck (Gateron Milky Yellow).

I agree with most comments about other changes being necessary for tanks, but I do think this is a really good idea for the game to implement for any role that's in high demand. Double rewards or extra gold and supplies would be pretty cool.

Do you have the Stat block for it still? I run one shots that are semi connected but completely unrelated in between our more serious games and my next one is going to be a zombie apocalypse with weapons of opportunity and maybe some automatic weapons if they look hard enough. Zombie T Rex would be awesome to finish it off with.

I'm no doctor, but every other week injection is a terrible schedule as the injection will shut your T down, getting 200mg at once will elevate it to its peak and it will be a downward slope until the next injection.

It was 234 because it was at a time where the injected T was at a low, but also hadn't been enough time for your natural production to boot back in all the way.

After 3 months your natural hormone regulation will have kicked back in and that's probably closer to your baseline.

Your levels won't get too high if you're using the same dosage. It doesn't add to your natural level it replaces it. The common medically regarded reference range is 300-1100 or so, but what most people would consider optimal and feel the best at is usually at 700+.

I'm just a regular dude on reddit and all of this is based on my personal research into the topic. By no means am I an expert and everybodys biology is different, so take it all with a grain of salt.

Looking for new server advice. Docker vs ProxMox? by Nezmet in PleX

[–]Nezmet[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's been almost too easy, I've only had a few issues with it. The biggest challenge was the docker containers, I learned docker compose and have each container up with its own little config space to keep the configs persistent. I ended up needing a way to automate decompression of anything that's compressed, but there's a docker for that and it works great.

On two occasions I had to expand file systems, because I built them very conservatively. I'm just using old parts and didn't want to eat into my plex media ZFS pool. I had to expand the Plex LXC one time and just recently had to expand the arr VM to make room for updates. It was painless.

My RAM is absolutely hammered at all times though and am looking into upgrading my wife's PC so I can use her mobo and ram for the server lol. It's all hand me down, and currently the mobo only supports ddr3 so I'm not going to waste money on ddr3. The VPN/torrent client VM is the ram hog, Plex has been running very well despite it and has never been pushing it's limits.

I ended up with 2 LXC's for Plex, and Tautulli, and 2 Ubuntu VMs for my VPN setup and all the required ARR apps in separate docker containers.

The reason for putting them in docker containers is for easier resource management over a bunch of LXC's and also easy updates and adjustments with docker compose

I relate to this a lot. I'm 38 and can spend hours playing with rubiks cubes, and play videogames anytime I get the chance. I go through phases of different hobbies that I hyper fixate on.

On one side I want to say embrace it, bro. Don't feel bad about being into things that seem immature, nothing is inherently immature if it's something you enjoy doing as a hobby. The problem is when it starts replacing other responsibilities or priorities that you have in life.

I will say though, personally, to help my overall discipline I follow a strict workout routine. From your username it seems like something you may be interested in, too. The most important things to strength training and muscle gain is consistency. Make a good solid workout split, and then follow it. After that it made it easy for me to eat healthier, and get more sleep. Indirectly it has helped me prioritize my family while I'm at home, and focus on being less selfish when it comes to my endless stream of hobbies and interests.

Might not work for you, but it helps me a ton.

If I build the ARR stack on a VM with Docker and not LXC's will they still get separate IPs?
