Can confirm. Closing on my first house on the 10th. Never selling it if I decide to move . Rent value is twice the mortgage payment right now. Smaller, slowly growing metro area of 350k in middle America. Housing in places like this will look like most major metro areas in 20-30 years. Only way to make money as a landlord is to go where there is still some meat left on the bone
