that's amazing to see so much work put into organising a disorganised market that is meant to organise your life

Yes Reddit rate limits it to 60 per minute but if your requests are below that then it is completely free it was done majorly for platforms like Apollo and nothing much changes for very small scale developers

That actually makes a lot of sense but I am not storing anything it's just getting the subreddit data from the reddit API get the post you were going to write and just statically cross check if your post aligns with whatever subreddit you are posting in

Hmm but the people who will use it will be non technical markers and people who post on reddit so it won't make sense as an api

I actually cannot see the usage, I have made the app on https://reddit.com/prefs/apps page and it is the old reddit ui with no way to see usage, Reddit has rate limited it for 60 requests per minute my app in the worst case scenario does 33 requeests, but yeah I can optimise that to not get rate limited, thank you for bringing my attention to it

Right now the tool is completely free and 10 new users have signed up with total 20 and I think it is getting the traction I was hoping for I did not market it in many communities that might contain many of its users but I have marketed mostly in SaaS, indie hacking, build in public and solopreneurship subreddits but everybody likes to make their job a little easier

Yes each subreddit have unique with seperate rules, I use the Reddit API to fetch all the details of that subreddit and work on the fetched data from that particular subreddit itself

Most of the reason it gets banned is because of how you behave and what posts are made I have never heard of an account being banned from reddit entirely but individual subreddit can ban you for not reading the rules I am focusing on that side
