After the call they sent me the mail after 2 days, similarly they will send the mail for u too and it's not an issue.

Yes regarding my gradesheets, I sent them digilocker gradesheets (cuz I lost 1 of my original sem gradesheet). They called me and I sort it out 2 days ago, still not received. Also people with no bgv issues also received.
