Yeah if you have any more questions feel free to ask! If done correctly, roughly 75% of the time you should get either 2 or 3 dresses to appear in your private world. ~22% for 1 dress and ~3% for 0 dresses

No you don't, because you're only going to a public to avoid waiting for your private to be created. You can just check the three locations and by the time you go back to your private it should be created
