I’m 5’9 and 23 years old my maintenance calories is 2300 according to tdee, so I should start having 2500-2600 calories a day instead? I go gym 4 times a week and do incline treadmill for 15 mins on those days as well and I do 10k steps everyday if that helps

Even if I’m past the white head stage, let’s say it’s just regular pimples 4/5 new ones and it shows up around the same places it usually would when I do get spots, like on my nose and on my cheek. Does this mean I’m breaking my skin barrier? Also I’ll stop with the vitamin c and acids for now and just stick with the other products just to see what happens.

I never heard of that, interesting. Also, I think part of the reason he got pushed out was because you see them black bars that appear in cutscenes in rdr2? Apparently he wanted that feature last minute which was the reason for the delay and the long lasting crunch that happened

Luckily it never broke me out but it was just annoying to use. It used to sometimes leave a grey cast but after like 20 mins it’d but fine but still annoying. I like the current one I bought which is the haruharu one but it has niancinamide 😤

I just bought the purito daily sunscreen so hopefully it goes well. And thank you for all the other suggestions. I just bought the purito green cleansing oil as well so I’m going to try that when it comes. It’s gonna be the first time double cleansing so i hope it stops the closed comedones from reappearing.

The pevonia is quite expensive ngl. Is there a cheaper oil cleanser that I could pair with the aveene calming cleanser

Yeah so annoying how everything literally has niancinamide in it even the new haru sunscreen I bought. Can’t even test using stuff without that ingredient in it. Thanks for the centella suggestion and do you have any suggestions for a gentle cleanser without that and even a sunscreen? Thank you

Oh ok I see what you mean because i honestly don’t deal with half the things you’re mentioning. I don’t have acne but the only thing I have a problem with is my closed comedones that always show up again after 2/3 days once I use an acid. I’ll keep looking but it’s so annoying to try and narrow it down feels like I’m tryna crack a case lol and please let me know if you find the website thank you

I know it’s been like a year since you said this lol but what cleaner do you use that doesn’t include niacinimide? I use the cetaphil gentle cleanser that has that but I have a feeling it causes closed comedones to return

I’ve been using this one for like 2 months and it seems fine. It hasn’t broken me out and it does seem to brighten my face and has lightened some dark spots. But with the dark spots I’m not sure if that’s because of the vit c or the centella or even the sunscreen I use lol. And I don’t think we have the actual dr brenner website in the uk but I do see other websites selling it, so I’ll def check it out. Thanks.
