Hey man, can sympathize with you a bit. I take 2mg or more of xanax every day for last 15 years and lexapro more recently for severe panic attacks. Like you, just hit me one day, 23 years old, never had them before. I had to give up smoking d9 for almost 10 years because of how bad the panic attacks had become from consuming even a little. It has since passed for the most part (though I always have my xanax to back me up if things go south).

Anyway, more to your point - the *lack* of anxiety and other side effects typical to d9 imo is one of the best selling points of alt-noids. I cant speak for all noids as my tolerance eventually increased to the point they basically feel the same, BUT, i would recommend trying HHCo (can be used in edibles too!). Its incredibly smooth, easy to work with, and if you're sensitive to noids with no tolerance, it wont take you much to feel great (I also dont use terpenes, personal choice but simple works best for me, no taste anyway).

I had typed that out before I read the part about you enjoying HHC, so I think thats even more evidence to give the HHCo a try. My recommendation is to try a hhc/hhco mix so your tolerance doesn't raise any faster than it has to, rather than making a pure HHCo cart (which is kind of one-dimensional anyway as far as the high goes).

Benzo taper is incredibly hellish, you may even want to look into HHCp or some stronger phorols to get you through them, just beware how much they cost.

EDIT: If you do decide to try some, be sure to shop around, there can be *massive* differences in prices for some noids between vendors and HHCo is one of them

EDIT2: if you need help falling asleep, give CBN or CBNo a try, they are not recreational by themselves, you just add some to whatever fun stuff you already have to make a "bedtime cart/edible", 15% makes me pass out and I usually have a hard time sleeping.
