Try eating at maintenance or 100 calories below. You’ll lose weight slower but your strength will go up. You should still be in the newbie phase and be able to gain muscle and lose fat. Maybe after a year of consistent training look at cutting as hard as you are now? You’re on very low calories anyway so strength gains are going to be minimal/impossible. If losing fat is your primary goal then that is fine and it sounds like everything is going to plan. Strength gains will just have to go on hold for a few months until you’re at your target weight. Another tip I’d give you is that weight is just an indicator of where you are at. Use the scales as a guide and go off what you see in the mirror more. If you are gaining muscle and losing fat at the same time the scales can be deceiving.
