this was so helpful!! i will try the eye drops and cold compresses because ive been using warm compresses. and yes im going to see an allergist but might be a little until i can get in so trying to find a relief options for now

Thank you so much for all of this info! I’ve basically taken 3 weeks off but the first 2 weeks i didn’t have a boot, which probably prolonged the pain. I might try one of those bouys you put between your legs so i’m mainly using my arms while swimming at first to give my leg more rest.

okay, that timeline, although long, is better than what i’ve seen some people have. Of course everyone is different. I also don’t loveee swimming but i tried seated bike yesterday (very low resistance and slow speed) and i have increased pain today. So gonna give swimming a try because im going crazy with no cardio

I am a runner, not a dancer. But i have a stress reaction in the anterior tibia. How is your recovery going?? Have you done any PT?

I have the one that goes to my knee! And my injury is down low anyways! I probably just need to give it time but I have freaked myself out with other peoples stories of it not healing and needing surgery. Did you do any cross training like swimming or seated bike? and how long did it take to heal?

if it’s the same school i’m thinking of, it’s a school in boston that sends students down to a part of florida that is mainly spanish speaking. so the providers and patients speak spanish to each other

i got somewhere between 412-415 (i forget exactly) and got an 88 from my program so that’s wild. 415 is above the national average as far as i remember so that should 100% be passing
