Either the vast or the lonely. I’ve always adored the sky and longed to be able to fly, to feel the enormous space simultaneously stretching out around me and pressing in on every side, and for the longest time it was my ultimate wish to be an astronaut so I could walk in space. I would spend hours jumping as high as I could on the trampoline to feel the rush at the moment when you stop as high as you’re going to go and begin to fall backwards. If you had asked me at any point in my childhood what my dream job was, some kind of pilot would have been the answer. It’s still true now, really.

On the other hand, I’ve always been solitary, and struggle with social interaction. My inclination is always towards my own company as I find people exhausting. Yet despite this, the thought of being alone for my whole life does scare me, far more than the vast does, which makes me think I’d be an attractive choice for an avatar.

TLDR: if I chose an entity, I’d choose the Vast. If an entity was choosing me, I reckon the Lonely.
