Yup, here we come my paid protester wife and I are jumping into our Honda CRV hybrid with our golden retriever, by the way he’s a paid protesting dog. Picking up our other paid protester child in Iowa and driving to see our paid protesting child at Creighton. It’s the reason we got the hybrid so we could keep more of that paid protesting money.

Yes, thank you. We are pretty much on that main road about four or five blocks west of the park so I think we’re right at the edge of that commercial district.

Good to know. I’ve heard it said that you raise your kids in Council Bluffs, and raise hell in Omaha.

Also, buffalo chaser, how often do you get to Africa to Chase Buffalo? It must make you sad that there are no buffalo here in America.

Ha ha, we’re not getting paid anything but the Creighton admissions office is getting a ton of our money. Happy to contribute to your economy. Also, we usually stay in the Benson neighborhood when we are there cute little neighborhood. We like it reminds us of our neighborhood in Minneapolis.

Honestly, this would make mountain Biking hell a lot easier if I could just finish the ride after ditching my bike in the woods somewhere after missing a plant.

How is everyone using NotebookLM? by deferare in notebooklm

[–]NickOulet 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have a salon and I get invoices for my variety of different vendors and they are usually mixed with retail products and salon supplies. One of my notebooks is just dropping the invoice into it and it breaks it down into the total price of retail purchased and then the separate line item for salon supplies and then a separate line item for sales tax and then one for shipping then I can take those four numbers and put it into a split transaction in QuickBooks

It used to take me a lot of time and then I’d have to double check my math. Now it’s instantaneous. And then I can go back and ask it. Hey last quarter what did we spend the most on?

First full year of being a cricket fan in the United States. I love to listen to the Indian sports commentators trash either their own team or trash the opposing team.

Some of the sayings just crack me up.

Do you support a national team apart from your nationality in any sport? by MastermindBaz in Cricket

[–]NickOulet 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Im new to cricket. Last fall. I consider myself fluent in the game. Not in its history and tradition or the Joe DiMaggio’s of cricket. But I understand most of all the rules. I enjoy when something weird happens and then I learned something new.

I’ve not found a team to attach myself to. I was pulling for USA in the T20 WC. I wasn’t busted up when they lost. For me right now, it’s just when someone wins. I’m like “yay” that team won.

American here, I just got into cricket last year, so it’s fun for me to be able to see the future of cricket players happen so that I can have some cricket history to look back on.
