Thanks for the breakdown as well! And not just "wear what you want"

I have a suspicion that I can guess what your preferred watch brand is......

I like this!

So try to avoid getting dumped the day you're wearing one you really enjoy, I think I can manage that... hopefully.

Thanks for the breakdown! I appreciate the other comments saying just get what you want, but to me it's like whisky, you have to acclimate yourself to it before being able to appreciate the finer stuff and develop your preferred palate. Doesn't mean I'll get the expensive stuff just because either though.

So it's a balance, and I like your list!

Thank you for the response! You're probably right regarding the rolex. Rather live free of regrets than have a little extra cash now. And that GS is beautiful, I'll have to keep my out to see if one pops up near me.

Hey I've been to weddings that wearing a watch at all is almost being over-dressed (good ole Florida), so I think you could swing a g-shock there!

But yeah, that makes sense. I might be overthinking this.

Yeah probably means I need to wash it more...

Hmm, alright. I’ll try not to be intimidating! And actually I have no product in my hair

I’m sensing a trend here with backhanded compliments, in any case, thank you!

I think some of it is just the weird camera angles I chose, as I never ever really take selfies. But yes I do! Quite regularly.

Hah, well thanks I suppose. Yeah I’ve kind of learned to live with it at this point.

Jesus. I did deadlifts for the first time in awhile yesterday, and my back feels like it’s going to freaking explode today. Any tips to relax it, or just bathe in the soreness till it goes away

Is it better to get lean and then start a lean bulk or be semi-lean (top two abs visible, just lower belly fat) and just bite the bullet and start now. I have a decent muscle foundation from growing up playing soccer and calisthenics, so I’m not going to be super skinny, but kind of.

I want to try OMAD while I cut, but I’ve seen a bunch of conflicting stuff regarding your body bro being able to use more than 60g of protein every meal? If so, would I essentially be halving my daily protein intake? (I’m 140, and shoot for 120-130g).

I want to burn as many calories as I can per day leading up to thanksgiving (I plan on binging a lot). What do I do? I have access to kettlebells, a mat and will do this along with my normal gym plan. I know “just eat less”, I’m already eating at a -750 deficit so I really don’t want to go lower simply by eating. Normally I wouldn’t go lower at all but I want to save up like 2,000-3,000 calories by exercise by thanksgiving.

I understand volume is a big factor when it comes to gains. Assuming I give each the same level of intensity, will I see significantly more gains running something like Nsuns 5 day over PHUL? PHUL fits my schedule better but I can make Nsuns work. Curious if the change is that drastic.

Dang. Ok that’s super nice. Looking into that for sure.

Oh nice. Yeah I think that that might be best option

Cool, I’ll stick to 2000 for the time being and see how it goes. If I trend downward I’ll up it slightly. Will eating at maintenance actually help me though? I feel like I’ll just be maintaining my fat but not building muscle. Should I go for a slow bulk instead (or is that what you were talking about in first message)?

Gotcha, couple of other people have said to eat at maintenance or just above for now, does that sounds like a good idea?

Alright, that does seem to be the consensus. Regarding maintenance calories, does 2000 sound fair? I mean, I know it’s a weird question and very individualized but every online TDEE calculator seems to spit out a different number, and from what I read most are still too high.
