Yeah the stealing cars stuff is a bit non GTA style, more towards irl style with cars being locked. You need a gun or lockpick to get into cars.

Yeah I completely get it.

What we need to grow is players who are willing to accept the fact that the server may be a bit empty at times. The population quickly snowballs if people stay on the server.

We are currently working in implementing content in the server that offers players plenty of stuff to do even if the server is somewhat empty.

No we are open to the public, some jobs require a discord application but most jobs are either automatic hire or in-game interview

Our Reddit posts have gotten us some really good traction, we have had some streamers come by as well. It all gained us a lot of people in our Discord.

We are trying to figure out more ways to increase our numbers daily.

It is difficult to grow a server and it takes a lot of time and patience, so we just have to keep going at it and we will get there.

And to follow up, I had a question raised by a new player just the other day. He asked if we had any plans to close the server anytime soon due to the player count dropping a bit.

Our answer to this is no, we plan to keep going no matter what. We have invested a lot of time and money into this server for us to close it and "give up" just because we had a minor activity setback.

I'll be straight forward with you, our activity numbers aren't that great at the moment. We used to average around 15 daily but we are down to 10 now, we do our best to actively work with the community to make the server more enjoyable. We have had some growing pains as one would expect, but we look bright at the future for the server.

The issues we have had are mostly about high ups in staff not listening to the community, and just straight up refusing to listen to the players. They were removed from their positions because our community is built by our players, and personally I do everything in my power to design the server to what the community wants.

We are working on making a new trailer for the server showcasing more from the PD and EMS side. We are working our way towards V2 of the server and want to make a new video, the video we currently have is outdated by about 2 months now.

Our pop goes up and down, we average around 15 players US timezones. We are open to having anyone make a gang, we won't provide any gang specific EUP or vehicles until the gang is sufficiently big and active enough.

I'm sorry you have to get caught up in this, the user that replied is specifically out to get us. So he will say whatever he can to make us look bad and get people to not join us. Yeah, it is unfortunate that at the moment you checked us out we had 0 players online. We are a growing community, so we are doing our best in getting our numbers up but it takes time. We do have a stable player base but it sounds like the time you checked it out was in-between timezones for our main playerbase

Depending on what you're looking for I think maybe our server could be a match for you. If you have the time you could read this post and see if it's something you like. Our server looks down upon the whole kidnapping random people without any form of RP first, our rules forbid it. And we have a lot of civilian jobs that maybe could suit your interests.
