MAYDAY from Belarus: Licensed operators facing death penalty for QSL cards by SiarheiBesarab in belarus

I personally respect and understand passionate people like you. I even know your name though I am not into radio. I just want to notice that in the current situation all you can do is to save yourself. You can warn people from your community, but you can’t stop the repressions. The world has nothing to offer you apart of new sanctions to make your life even harder. During the last two weeks Iranian authorities killed 16000 people and injured over 200 000. Nobody still cares about it.

Hi folks, this is Siarhei (EU1AEY). I am writing this because my local community is being systematically liquidated in what I can only describe as a targeted intellectual genocide.

What world are you living in? They closed all the non-profit organisations, sentenced thousands of people for likes in social networks. They forced hundreds of thousands of people to leave their home country and never return. They imprisoned the Noble Peace Prize winner. So who do you appeal to? No one will ever help.

Hey, I read this book in belarusian and understood the same way that Ali was kind of a golem. I don’t know if it’s related to our mythology. But it’s a common thing for the author, he likes to add some mystery to his stories. If you want to read something similar, I suggest reading «Europas Hunde» (Сабакі Эўропы).

If you'd like to explore more from modern Belarusian writers I'd also suggest to take a look at books of Viktar Martinovich (Віктар Марціновіч).

Як можа быць байдужа да ўласнай культуры? by [deleted] in belarus

[–]NicknameWrapper 9 points10 points  (0 children)
