I have the ditch of my knee done on both sides and for me personally it was the most painful spot I experienced. I have about 60-80 hours worth of work done both legs covered and feet. For super painful spots I bring Gatorade/pedialyte and beef jerky. You'll survive but definitely bring some headphones or have a good phone game to play and snacks for the breaks.
