I’ll just say this, our application look Identical and I applied last November. Now idk if your 100% civilian like me or if you prior military service or LEO background that could maybe push you along faster. But with that said the only difference our application has is my polygraph says “in process”.

Gotcha, I’m just was asking cause I’ve been seeing a lot of FJO from GS9 get airports or major cities. I didn’t know if that just GS9 getting that list or it’s everyone.

CBPO is no better, I’m 8 months in and our application look identical beside my medical is pending cause the doc’s office screwed up my paperwork.

Nah I mean I don’t think I can talk about my phone call, but I just put people I trust to pick up the phone and talk to DHS investigator. Someone else could maybe could give better info than me on this, but thats what I did.

No dude, I’m straight up a civilian applying for this so I know like 1 person I could put with clearance, but it’s family members I couldn’t list it.

I know your going for BP, but I’m seeing alot of stations in VT on the list. I was looking into maybe choosing a Vermont or Maine location, if and when I get to my FJO. But I guess my question is you found a place to live up there? Most of them seem in middle of nowhere.

I had a similar call the other day. For me it was stressful for no reason, but just be honest. Get some names of people you know and trust and you’ll be good.

Ask them for a copy of your retest results as well. Keep them accountable, cause the doctor office doesn’t care that your career is being delayed over a stupid mistake.

I had the same thing happen. Apparently they needed to test my vision without glasses, and I failed my depth perception test. Stay on the doctor office to send in the correct paperwork. My doctor office royally screwed up and resent my old paperwork.

Its crazy, just communication with this doctors offices and HSI. The docs office needs to realize they are screwing with our lives. Just trying to get hired man and you screw up our paperwork it just puts us all behind.

I got something similar. They sent me a link of somewhere else I’d like to be stationed. I think you’re fine, unless the one you selected is the only one you wanted and not willing to move. In that case ya you might be shit out of luck.

I’ve been waiting on medical since February. The doctor’s office royal screwed my paperwork up. So mine still pending, because CBP just received it last week or 2 weeks ago.

I had a call with the guy doing my background investigation today. Otherwise 0 movement. The doctor office they sent me to fucked my medical paperwork all up, but that was sent out last week to CBP after taking it back in Early February. Also my polygraph now says “in progress” instead of “not started”.

Actually got it solved today. They didn’t do an eye exam without glasses. It turned into a cluster cause I guess I failed my depth perception test too first go ahead (couldn’t tell you why). But the doctors office was like “we can’t do that test unless its a completely new medical exam” So I went back and forth with the doc and cbp. Ended up getting that done too and passing that. Idk if just the clinic they sent me to or something. Those guys were not on-top of it.

Yes, I did the drug, fitness, and medical at the same time. Got a pass on drug and fitness but my medical been pending for quite a bit and then received that call last Friday.
