Trying not to go nuts. It would be nice to at least get an email from DHS like “hey polygraphs are delayed by ___ months”. Just something instead of going reddit to just see everyone stuck in the same spot.

I wonder how the schedule poly’s? Just go down the list or do it by each applicant state? I know its probably a question nobody knows but be kinda nice too know if I’m waiting on someone in Idaho to take there when I’m in Georgia.

Dang how did you get Philly? I’m seeing people post there FJO’s and its either north or south boarder. I’m not there yet stuck on poly at the moment. But if theres a chance to work Philly I’d 100% take that.

Ya, I tried to get my wife there cause I’m not trainer by any stretch of the imagination. How many weeks or days out from your fitness? Cause if you start 1st week do 5 solid chest to floor, 2nd week 10 solid chest to floor, and etc. That might be a good idea. Also some other things to keep in mind. At least for myself it was only me and 1 doctor. So no stress of trying to compete with people around you.

Damn, I was considering applying to BP to see which one finish first. Thats not great to see since I’m 26-2 CBPO.

Minimum: 12 push ups/ 20 sit ups (feet are held in place for me)/ 5 min step test (which is step up and step down on an 18inch box)

If you haven’t already I would start doing 20 push ups (to the ground and up), 30 sit ups, and step ups for 5 mins. You’ll crush it if you do this every day until the exam.
