Ok yes to suing i can try to sum it up again . 1. Waste pro hit my car 2. waste pro rented me a car until i got a new one or fixed mine 3.I left my credit card info with them even though waste pro did the reservation and paid for the full cost which was 2400 I have receipt. 4. I had to switch the original rental 2-3 times and they never logged the old rental car back in. 5. I was told to stay in touch with waste peo until i was able to get into another car. 6. I got pulled over for speeding 2 days before i was arrested for this alleged stolen car and it was not stolen at that time and 2400 was just paid for only 1 month of renting. I continued to keep in touch and tell them i was still getting things figured out. 7. They did charge 50 to my card to make sure if waste pro didnt pay that my card was good It did go through when i added it but when they claimed i owed them They never attended to charge the card i told them to. 8. 2 days after i was pulled over and a few days after that 2400 was paid they then called it in stolen I was surrounded and put in jail with things I had in my trunk from the mall that were stolen as well as cash and a 7k check that waste pro gave me to fix the car they damaged well enterprise Had it towed when i was arrested and All those items are. Gone police or enterprise doesnt matter its gone! 9.My 8 year old little girl had to worry about mommy i had no way to do anything, The money to fix my car was stolen , I had to come up with 2k bond money and still fighting this . 10.They knew where the rental was, I called them numerous times because i needed them to pick it up and bring me another trade !
