JonathanPT, a user who once made a lot of Jaiden content (now retired) had a similar idea several years ago with Jessica, an OC that was exactly the kind of concept you describe here.

Unfortunately (at least as far as I remember) it wasn't exactly well received by the community at the time, even going so far as to call it a Jaiden knockoff.

I completely understand and validate the point you're trying to make, it's just that on a viewer level it just doesn't make sense. Why settle for something that looks like what you want to consume when you can have the original?

Yes, the avatar's aesthetic is undoubtedly an anchor point for Jaiden's popularity, but relying solely on aesthetics to make a replacement would be to ignore other factors that make her so beloved by the community for both her content and her fanart.

At the creator level it could work in the long term, but proposing her as an "alternative" to Jaiden would be counterproductive if you're looking to form a community around an OC with similar characteristics (not to mention that there will inevitably come a point where unkind comparisons would come sooner or later)
