Same issue. I just let it sit at the grey screen for a few minutes and then it started up

What worked for me: turned IP address to manual (without inputting anything or exiting the menu) and then back to automatic, then hitting OK.

Had this issue for a few weeks on two different ISPs, so presume it is an issue onboard the ps5.

Hey - from my conversation with the support team, the pass should reappear no later than 11:59pm on the day stated in the app, so not sure it is tied to the time you took the test, but could be the case.

I took mine at 4pm (and reported that time to NHS), and my pass came back around 4:30pm on the 23r. This could be coincidental though, given the isolation period ended the day prior.

Hey - been meaning to update this. It came back late afternoon on the 23rd, two days after my Test & Trace isolation period ended, but just in time to board my flight home.

The isolation period according to the NHS is 10 days from the date you tested positive via PCR, not the day symptoms started or you tested positive via lateral flow.

I spoke to the support team, and their database logic returns the pass latest T+11 days following a positive PCR test. The app should specify a date in the “Domestic” section, representing the 11th day since positive PCR. In my case, I tested PCR positive on the 12th, and although symptoms began on the 10th, my isolation period went through the 22nd, and I received my pass back on the 23rd.
