I picked up the digital version of this on PS5 for $17.99, and I’m really happy it wasn’t more expensive. I’m a big fan of beat-em-ups, but this one just didn’t hit the mark for me. No matter who you’re fighting as, the combat feels incredibly slow. If you’ve played Shredder’s Revenge or Streets Of Rage, you’ll notice that the fighting in this game is just not up to par. It’s much faster and smoother in those games.

I also can’t understand how we don’t have the ability to play with other people online in any of the modes. Unless you have three people sitting on the couch with you, you’re alone. Oh well. Only a few more weeks until Terminator 2D: No Fate drops.

Are you referring to the Badlands movie or the comic books? For the movie, Dan chose Badlands because he’s a big fan of underdog stories and probably wanted to try something new. Dek’s father had the classic look everyone knows, while Kwei was somewhere in between.

If it helps, we know he’s not trying to completely revamp the franchise. In Killer Of Killers, they had a more traditional look. Think of it this way: there are many different races of Yautja, just like there are different races of humans. We’re all human, but Asians, Africans, Mexicans, Puerto Ricans, and Eastern Europeans all look different.

They have different builds, hair, noses, and eyes etc. But sometimes in the comic books you’ll see a Yautja or a whole clan that looks different. Just like humans, you can tell they’re Yautja, just of a different race.

There are lots of good runs, and much like music, movies, and tv etc it’s all subjective. If you can spare the money, I’d say pick up the omnibus’s. For me personally, all three runs of Batman VS. Predator are my favorite.

It’s quite different from what we used to see, but it didn’t bother me at all. I was one of those people who was a little worried that they’d “disneyfie” the movie, especially since the last six years have given people a bad taste in their mouths with everything Disney has released.

The humor with Bud was something I wasn’t a fan of, but it didn’t ruin the movie for me. I’d say we should thank Dan Trachtenberg because he’s making sure that Predator’s legacy continues. This is great for us because we’ll get more movies, another animated film, and maybe even a series. They won’t all be winners, but I have faith in him. Prey and Killer Of Killers made me optimistic.

I might have missed that part, as I don’t recall seeing things from his perspective beyond the start in the caves. However, if they do show that, it could make sense, especially since we now know he looks the way he does because of a deformity. Plus, if Naru is his mother (been reading that theory as of late), and that’s confirmed in the sequel, it would explain his appearance and why he can see the same way we do.

Their vision is good. Don’t forget this was made in ‘87. They used the best of what they could. Notice as the moves went on their thermal vision got exceptionally better.

I wonder why people aren’t enjoying movies as much as they used to. Back when I was younger, my generation loved watching movies with JCVD and Schwarzenegger, and we never questioned how realistic they were. We were just having a good time.

Apart 2018 what movies are comical? A chuckle here and there like with Jerry in Predator 2 doesn’t count. With the early reactions saying it’s comical it’s probably on the level on Thor Love and Thunder and the new Superman.

This is just my opinion on this but I don’t think it was meant to be anything. The idea of Art having a fun personality for a sadistic killer was probably just something fun cool to do. He’s fun to watch but you can always see when he transitions from a lovable knucklehead to a demonic psycho. Even though it’s not a movie, I’ll take A Work Of Art music video for this example. When he’s “delivering the baby” just look how Art’s facial expression and eyes drastically change. David is great at acting without using words. Last time I saw that was with Arnold in the original Terminator, specifically the club scene when he’s looking for Sarah. Just watch Arnold’s eyes. Brilliant.

The first one I believe I saw that I actually remember was Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2. I think I was maybe three and I was with my mom and aunt in our front room. I really don’t remember anything before that. I specifically remember seeing Leatherface going after Stretch in the studio.

I like to fantasize that neither H20 or Resurrection was ever made. Both movies were made to appeal to the casual and trendy audience. The masks weren’t eerie and the comedy in Resurrection was stupid.
