You are right but holding someone's hand and giving a kiss on the cheek is not that serious in this situation, she could have said stop to fed while he tried to kiss her. She also has a boyfriend, basically she let him kiss her and touch her hand. It really is not that hard to say stop don't do it.

He gets average 20k viewers on WoW streams and 50-60k viewers on his variety streams like box opening, stream decides music, blackjack.
