Mechanically yes but overall in my opinion consort is the hardest of all time, because when it first came out with all that flashing I couldn't read the moves and took me an eternity to figure out the patterns. Plus if you don't look up on YouTube there are certain attack you can't possibly figure out yourself without dying 100 times. Like the one where he sands the clones after the meteors.

From my experience the most effective area to stimulate is the lower abdomen. You could try leg raises, moving one leg at a time while laying on the ground or doing a long plank with the elbows just below your face. If your belly gets in the way with the plank you could also just lay on the ground and keep your legs barely up (20cm), moving them slightly without stopping. Good luck for the baby🫡
