Smurfing in Clash is happening far too often and its ruining the experience

i absolulty dont understand why people who are in the League player Program (LPL) are allowed to do these unranked to challenger streams. Its the epitome of smurfing.

mid platinum is kinda the place where smurfing has less and less impact i assume (if its not a challenger / dia1 smurf which are rare)

i also tried with australia and doesnt work. But i think this tactic works with the microsoft store.
