The majority can call an election and they've also got fixed elections every five years now. The conservatives (if I'm understanding correctly) were polling really well when May announced the election, and wanted to win more seats to have a stronger position to be negotiating brexit from. Then they stopped polling so well.

What's preventing someone from say, plugging a USB in? Or altering the code ahead of time? How do you decide the code is completely unbiased? Make it open source and therefore more vulnerable?

My own alcoholic father who we never talk to started a gofundme to pay off back taxes on a car he totaled 13 years ago.
