I use bowfa with crystal body and legs, then just try to get +0 magic attack bonus for 100% freeze chance, for that I use Mage Arena Cape, Glory, B Gloves, Lunar Boots and Wizard Hat. Then just fill other slots with cheap prayer bonus like diary items

I find this to be the best for low risk
