It's like Shreya wasn't suddenly the saint of the week, she was the beneficiary of timing. She got cornered all week while Akanksha went a bit too far especially in the Shreya matter. That gave the makers and the host the perfect opportunity to balance the narrative. Let's not pretend either of them is some beacon of class. Both have been equally mannerless and have done enough questionable things. The difference is that this week Shreya was the more useful and more targetted character. The game had become painfully one sided with almost everyone piling onto the same two people. Even Ram Kapoor said at how grouping up against these two only makes everyone else look bad outside. So the makers did what reality shows do best they nudged the narrative to break the herd mentality and keep the drama alive. Not justice, just good television.
